Basic::ALIGNMENT is DBus-format specific

Fortunately this is the only alignment constant that's exposed in the public API and string and ObjectPath are the only types for which it's different between D-Bus and GVariant. So it's not a big deal but nevertheless we should provide format-specific constants and deprecate this one.
