socketpair() is not in libc on illumos

Andy Fiddaman requested to merge citrus-it/dbus:socketpair into master

On illumos, the socketpair() function is in the socket library, and not in libc. This change modifies the autoconf checks to look for the function in -lsocket if it is not found.

With this patch applied, there are no more failed tests.
