playbin3 crashes with gtk4paintablesink

The GPS pipeline code will search for gtk4paintablesink in the pipeline after settings state to READY (good enough for autovideosink).

playbin3 does not expose gtk4paintablesink after setting state to READY.

Need a way to set the paintable before starting the playback.
