Spurious probing events on 5.4 kernels due to wakeup uevents
I have recently started to experience weird behaviour with bolt on my machine, where an icon with a device being installed constantly appears and disappears in the notification bar.
To figure out what's going on, I have enabled debugging in the systemd service for bolt and looked at journalctl -xe

I'm running Ubuntu 19.10 with a manually built Linux 5.4.0-rc2 kernel. I'm going to update this issue once I test the same setup with a stock kernel.

The device in question looks to be one of the Intel DSL6540 Thunderbolt 3 Bridges.
