USB4: expose link speed and bonding attributes
New sysfs attributes that will likely be introduced with USB4 support. From the kernel patches:
What: /sys/bus/thunderbolt/devices/.../rx_speed

Description: This attribute reports the device RX speed per lane.
All RX lanes run at the same speed.
What: /sys/bus/thunderbolt/devices/.../rx_lanes
