Don't commit pot files

Submitted by Stef Walter

Assigned to Matthias Clasen @mclasen

Link to original bug (#51007)

Description

Don't commit the pot files. None of the other projects I hack on have *.pot files commit into git. They seem to change arbitrarily. Perhaps there's a better way to fix this?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
