virtual sources (calendar+todo): statistics

Right now, progress for virtual sources like "calendar+todo" is reported (?) but no statistics are recorded. The effect is that the sync-ui always shows "no changes" and no error for that source after a sync.
We should record combined statistics for virtual sources.

As pointed out in http://syncevolution.org/wiki/nokia-6120-classic, the sync UI reports:
** (sync-ui:1452): WARNING **: Unidentified sync report item: source-todo-virtualsource=calendar+todo
Need to check how that relates to this issue.
