Port to pcre2

As more and more distros are pushing away pcre library, it's just the up time to move to pcre2. My take on this is here. I cannot speak of the functionality, but it uses the code in a similar way as it's used by the pcre2demo.c and it compiles fine, thus I guess it should work. Better to test it, of course.
