Win32 printing: Prints anything smaller than the smallest printable detail with the PS_COSMETIC brush. This is required by some CNC machines, like laser cutters, to define cut lines.

    I can't comment on the code, but IMHO the commit message may be improved.

    Use a short description as the first line, leave a blank line, and then add a long description.

    Commit messages are usually line-wrapped at about 72/80 characters to be easily readable in emails and text terminals, but I don't know the cairo-specific guidelines about them.
