Unable to connect to Starbucks wifi

I'm not sure how/why, but for some reason I'm unable to connect to Starbucks wifi using the most recent version of NM (1.22.2). Apparently I'm not the only one. (See https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=251613) When I try to connect, a message appears in the log saying "selecting lease failed: 12". No issues when connecting to other Wifi stations.
