	* libnm-util/*
	  configure.in
	  Makefile.am
		- Add a utility library for clients of NetworkManager.  It's
			only targetted at applets for the moment, and contains
			a generalized 802.11 cipher framework for different
			types of keys (WEP & WPA Hex, ASCII, Passphrase)
