platform: remove CSME related code

Emmanuel Grumbach requested to merge egrumbach/NetworkManager:remove_csme into main

Remove all the code that was added for the CSME coexistence. The Intel WiFi team can't commit on when, if at all, this feature will be completely integrated and tested in the NetworkManager. Remove the code that was merged so far.
