Draft: nm-manager: find a connection that matches CSME's AP

This is really WIP

The purpose here is to find a connection that NM could use to connect to the same AP as the one that CSME is connected to. Later, we'll need to make sure we connect to the same BSSID and only scan the frequency on which CSME is operating.
