prepare: remove "prepare/dnsmasq.sh" script
This script was unused since commit 9fa4196f ('nmcli/dns: refactor DNS plugin checks'). It was renamed to "nmci/helpers/nmlog-parse-dnsmasq.sh". Delete it.
