contrib: increase DHCP log level for @NM_performance_test1
Sometimes the test takes longer than expected; increase the log level for domain "DHCP" so that at least we can see where time is spent.
The captured NM log becomes ~4400 lines long (from ~1200 before), which doesn't seem too bad and shouldn't affect performances too much.
