Items which occured since the last backup:

1) update to new master (otc-mesa-ci), with latest version of
   jenkins.

2) added priority sorting, so reboots occur immediately after gpu hang

3) created test job to try unshare mounts, for parallelization on new
   machines.

4) added postbuildtask to clean up tmp mounts

5) added many new builders, thanks to increased lab space
