want custom vk-gl-cts branch

I'd like to use a custom vk-gl-cts branch in my CI runs to be able to test upcoming CTS changes and against different CTS releases. I have setup internal vk-gl-cts branch here: internal-gitlab-url/tpalli/vk-gl-cts-tpalli.git.
