utils/fulsim: Search more places for sim_drm.py

ngcortes requested to merge dev_ngcortes_fix_fulsim into master

In trying to upgrade sim-drm to meson 0.60, and stop using the deprecated python3 module, the install path changed a bit. Now it's in 'lib/**/dist-packages'. This change just searches through all combos of the the prefixes and suffixes.
